There has to be someone that does this, it may be a broker overseas. I'm just not sure. There are probably people using this to make a little extra cash, buying in at 0.45 and wacking them straight on the market at 0.5.
I really do not think there is a conspiracy to buy votes or something. I just think it's a savvy broker or trader playing on these large spreads
