    Clear, concise and factual announcement. How can DERM not allow them to continue the pilot burn after this? What possible reason can they give? What are Cougar doing differently from Carbon Energy and Linc Energy that would require them to remain closed? Common sense must prevail. Time to hold your hand up DERM and Anna Bligh and say " we were wrong, sorry about that, please continue....."
