    Grounds for confidence there?

    "Separately, the Company also advises that the Complaint and Summons filed by DERM alleging breaches of the Queensland Environmental Protection Act 1994 against the Company has been adjourned until 15 December 2011."

    I wonder which party initiated that, and if it will ever be heard?
