Alternatively how about after nearly 18 months of playing out rope to DERM, checking and rechecking, researching, taking legal advice, simply the time has come to act.

Also, surely if Cougar encountered fatal flaw(s) in their case over the past 18 months or so they'y be unlikely to be taking this action.

I really hope they widen the net to take in writers and publishers of careless, deliberately misleading, damaging and defamatory information relating to Cougar over this period.
