I read up a little on this DERM a.k.a Lands court and looks nothing more than a kangaroo court (shame legal proceeding).

I also note that DERM indicates that CXY maybe liable to pay a fine up to 800k or thereabouts. Please when does anyone get the maximum penalty?

I further note in a recent radio interview that Cougar basically dobbed themselves in and that the QLD government would not have known if they didn't. I guess honest people really do get screwed.

Finally, I agree with a previous comment about what is the mob that supported Cougar doing. Well, it appears they are doing absolutely nothing.

In my opinion CXY looks like a good buy. However, I would suggest Len or someone within releasing something to indicate that the overseas projects will not be affected.
