    agreed - that halt is for cap raising. Page 2 of the release reveals the detail.

    QLD govt legal process with CXY will continue on Friday. I cant help but wonder if the case is related to delay on QLD UCG policy - till we have a policy in QLD the remaining UCG players in test mode only unable to go commercial in that state.
