GTL and Electricity is completly missing from your equation. This substantially changes economics in QLD and Wyoming.

UCG is not just about gas price. Look at diesel and Jet-A prices around the world and ask yourself if the case can be made for Linc Energy to produce FT diesel ($1.50 a litre retail) or Jet-A.

Importing fuel from overseas refineries is a strategically important risk for US military commanders. They are keen to reduce reliance on imported war fighting fuels for their armed services and are investing heavily in alternatives to provide a measure of independance.

In Australia would it be financially attractive for fuel distributors like BP to have an offtake agreement with Linc to obtain a cost competitive, low sulphur, low particulates alternative to shipped in diesel and Jet-A?

Linc also have an opportunity to produce low cost and low emission electricity using AFC fuel cells that produce clean water as a byproduct. Are Electricity prices low in Queensland?

I think you need to completely re-evaluate your assumptions re QLD and Wyoming.
