Cougar has funds for at least three more months, and I can't imagine Len folding up the company while he still sees a chance, however slim.
I agree the situation is pretty dire long term, but why are people talking like Cougar is going to fold any day now?
Oh right. They have a short position. :) Hopefully they didn't take it out at 2.3c or they're going to be hurting right now.
