It's not an impossibility - we'd be a snack for GM at current market cap, though there has been no indication that this is on the cards apart from a mutually beneficial long term relationship.

There is every prospect that a tech company could buy us out. At current share price representing $17 million market cap, from a tech companies perspective it would suit their agenda and expertise.

Current market cap = $17.6m

Purchase offer at 20% premium to market cap = $20 million
$2.4m cash on hand = $17.6m at cost not accounting for other assets

for an $8m revenue business... ?

So yes, I would consider us a takeover target by large tech companies, competitors in the telematics industry, and possibly GM, though I think it unlikely in the current economic environment.
