Whilst TEP raises his concerns, let us not forget that Caruso, Torre and team were responsible for right-sizing CXZ given lack of leadership strength of previous Chairman and team. The product was great then; it still is now, and execution will be success for commercialisation. Caruso and Torre are the money and governance guys, so sorry but I don’t agree with the sentiment re moving them on. Sure Caruso is in a bit of bother just now, but if it was really serious, then for sure he would have had to step down from MRC (his primary listed vehicle). He didn’t, which speaks volumes to me. CXZ is not his main interest, so was easy choice fo step down until he finishes his boxing match without whoever was stupid enough to get in the ring with him.
Time, as always, will tell us the true story.
