It was the previous management who built this company from scratch and won the GM contract (along with other automaker deals for that matter, which have all since been lost). "Right-sizing" was already well and truly underway before this mob moved in. Current Board haven't won a single new customer/contract in 3 years.
There is no innovation in this business. The current Board are running it like a mining operation, not a high growth technology company. Three tech CEOs have resigned in the past 3 years. DYOR.
