I’d suggest that the market sentiment shifted when the Lucerne fund sold out so aggressively and its waiting for the next announcement to show the company is still profitable and making progress thus the discounted sp/market cap from its highs
if GM renewal is priced in and a PE of 5 is fair value with renewal then what your saying is we wouldn’t see any real price increase if they announced an extension of contract with GM... I highly doubt that
