Insto's still appear to be accumulating as of the 15th.
Credit Suisse added another $35k worth at 1.9c on Tuesday - not a single sell since accumulating roughly $150k from the 9th so looks like they are quietly getting set.
I personally feel like this is coiling up big time.. we await.
