The instos can and do act as nominee holders for others. There is nothing to say that these $10mil in shares in the 50s were hold by Mac for Mac. Same goes for any other insto that everyone is certain were shorting.

Their latest outlook and price target is garbage, and one suspects they do have ulterior motives. But people have to stop claiming with 100% confidence that these instos positions are short. They may or may not be.
