    Padre,
    This research update was released after the capital raising announcement and takes into account the slight dilution.
    To me it is a cynical exercise to update a research report based on a $61m cap raising (for a $1b company).
    This on its own won't drive the price down, but it will create negative sentiment. It all counts!!!
