I too am learning from other posters who obviously spend their time researching and value their input. Opinions are varied and sometimes result in an agree to disagree scenario.

The barriers of price points are feel good measures employed by sectors to entice potential buyers. An item is placed for sale at $19.98 or $19.99 - not at $20. Why?? If paying by cash then it's identical since there will be no change given. But sounds much better, supposedly by some. After all, it was bought under $20 - 'under' being the key word - but, was it really??

So likewise, by buying a share under 30c may be seen a bargain, but resistance levels may then kick in as sellers build wanting to get that little extra - in the end 30c is better than 29.5c. Once that 30c barrier is breached it seems it's much easier to retrace rather than push towards 40c - takes 10c to reach 40 but only a half cent to fall back.

RVR had some great announcements in the last 6 months or so, and almost every time the SP may have risen on the news but then retraced - although overall had good gradual gains within that timeframe.

If further good news ensues the predictable pattern will possibly repeat itself. A retrace followed by a steady rise may see SP above the recently breached 30c. Perhaps sounds a little simplistic but just an observation and opinion and the market may have other ideas going forward.

Anyhow, seem to spend too much time speculating and should really spend more time on more productive ventures. Perhaps time to put up a wall and resist climbing it - for a while. smile.png
