Lakes being an area of contention in that some believe their presence makes the project more costly (as the lake needs to be drained for mining). Corvette's under a lake and some comment that it's a big negative. Ken Brisden doesn't seem to think it's too big an issue. I just mention it because some will say it's a negative, and it doesn't seem to be an issue for Cygnus.
