You are in good company., Steve Parsons bought in much of his major holding in a cap rsise at 4.5c back in 2019 (don't quote me on my imperfect memory, CY5 website anns dont stretch back that far).
Dave inherited a bad options structure driven by an overpriced acquisition, a low ball Pontax target, and an excess of advisers. CY5 has not explsined how these guys contribute but they all grabbed the oppies. That said, Dave hss not tried to streamline the structure.
Looks to me that market think all this stinks but CY5 continues with its stated strategy regardless. If this is a good thing will be seen in results of assays and drilling.
As an aside I bet theres been a few discussions on acquisitions other than Lithium to drive the SP. If not, there should be!
