Maybe as you say its over in the medium term but the longer term could be a different story. Take for example uranium it had fallen to approx $25 per lb, and it was in the doghouse there for quite a while, and now.. $85 per lb. Was a great buying opportunity... its called buying straw hats in winter. Lithium ( and copper) likely to be just another example... its their winter-time presently but their summer will come in due course
