Well it appears Mr Soros may have finally exited PLA.
After close Qauntum Partners ceased to be a substantial holder. This notice showed sells of 2.76mil shares over 5 trading days. Based on that they would still have approx 18mil.
However this morning there is a pre market trade of 12mil at 0.485.
So maybe this overhang is almost done.
