I've held AVX for over a year and had high hopes for this little company that appeared to have integrity, a worthy and viable product, capable management and a keen eye for their shareholders.

Notwithstanding global issues recent events, in particular a frivolous global tour by certain Directors, Drona's role and a disregard for AVX shareholders in the Progen deal, makes me very nervous about their future.

Today, in a difficult decision (since my loss is into 5 figures), I dumped all my AVX stock. Exceedingly sad.
