Your figures look correct, but in this current market I doubt we will see someone offering $5 per MMA share.
As I said all along when this CYAN opportunistic offer was released, it will need to be at least 20% above the current offer, somewhere between $3.10 - $3.30 for it to be given more of a chance to succeed.
