There you have it, the Trading Halt announced today will no doubt announce in the next day or so an Increased bit. The current low ball offer was destined to fail as it was opportunistic and given when the company was just starting it's recovery.
There have been 2 improved trading outlooks since then, so I expect the offer to increase to at least 15% for it to come close to succeeding.
