During the presentation at the launch of KaaS early Feb 2016, Trent mentioned that Covata was planning to make (some of) of its code available as Open Source. This strategy fits in well with the strategies of Cisco and DT / T-Systems. Here are two links to some recent T-Systems videos on youtube in readiness for their launch at CeBIT 2016 in Hanover next week. The successful implementation of the Barmer solution into the new twin data centres in Germany will be significant for Covata's future sales in Europe as it will provide an important reference site.
