    PE ratio when bank interest is 6% and 0% is Very different imo, the whole world is on badically 0
    % interest, so traditional guides mean zero imo.

    even bknds and treasuries etc are woefully low, so its either realestate or equities.

    in oz finding cheap realestate near on impossible, so its equities now.
