Perhaps my Saturday hangover is fogging my thinking, but surely everyone wins if the share price goes up?

GL owns a little more than 100M shares. Could be wrong as usual, but I think he paid around 5c for most of them = $5M. If they go to 50c his profit would be $45M, and at $1 it would be $95M.

So why would he bother with your scheme, whatever it is?

And please remind me about the AGM vote - what did it nearly stop him doing?
