    Here's what is confusing my ol'head

    The govt announced it was going to spend from memory $1.5 billion on cyber security'

    From what I can discern from TNT...I cant see anything coming to them as of yet from this trough of money

    That was why I bought in thinking they are well-positioned to gain from this injection

    Have I missed it...has money from the Govt flowed into TNT since then?
