Sourcing labour from low cost countries isn't TNT's intention at all. That is why they have set up the Tesserent Academy - https://investors.tesserent.com/site/about/tesserent-academy. Which is a good thing and a reason why TNT clears my ESG hurdles. One thing the pandemic has taught us is that relying on immigration as a tool of domestic wage suppression is no longer a viable business strategy. It's bad business and it's bad labour market economics.
