... or , one could accept that the share price whipsawed from wildly over valued for where the company was at , to manically depressed today ... and that " fair value " was never at either extreme , but somewhere more moderate...
We are cashed up , got recurring revenues streams , and a raft of new contracts in the pipeline ... plus , the need for our services are patently evident when 40 % of the nation's ports get shutdown temporarily over a perceived cyber attack ...
