If this deal comes off, probably best for saving the furniture, because as sure as night follows day, the go slow strategy would have had others eating our lunch. The question is what are they going to do with the proceeds.

Now its out, there needs to be an announcement. We might finally hear from them. No way this should open today without an announcement on whether the deal is done and advice on Jeff's future with the company.
