Hi friends,
I'd like to share a chart of the XJO indicating the cycle sum analysis of past and future projections. This chart has been done independently of the behaviour of the DJIA and any other information.
As you can see from the chart, for the recent months, apart from the shaded period where the cycles of the XJO as depicted by the cycle sum was unstable, most of the price movement of the XJO was in good correlation to the computed cycle sum ie. direction and turning points of the XJO were indicated by the computed cycle sum. For the period shaded where the cycles were unstable, the cycle sum projection was not to be used as it was inverse to the index movements.
On the basis that the cycle sum continues to remain stable, as it is currently, I've drawn the future projected direction of the cycle sum to depict the index movement into the future. Will this projection holds water? Let's watch and observe.
Trade well, trade safe.
