Thank you so much for the post, wouldn't apologise to anyone for such fine quality work.

Got some screen shots of the weekly and on comparing them to daily, seems the weekly might still be processing daily data and projecting back to some extent, the frequencies are almost as high with the couple extra oscillations not going through due to possibly the increased coarseness of weekly. Have ordered couple books on the topic early last week, both are now in transit, will look into its methodolgy more closely once they arrive. From first glance it does look very flexible with choice of spanning functions, might be able to use those Gaussian sines. Eg the 4month looks like it has turned up within 1 standard dev of projected date.
