Long term I agree with Hotfire but short term I just had some neg signals and wanted to lay low for a day or two.... or three. I think a retest is possible but agree that buying the dips is not merely prudent it is a must. If you wait a few weeks you will be watching us glide through 4400 and wondering where that wonderful downturn went. Don't fall in love with the dark side of the force.
