I think the events that have been happening have just been a huge wake-up call from the US to Europe and China that the current system is just not working

Through all the rough and tumble something good is likely to come from all of this as well. This whole mess is just one huge wake up call really - we just have to hope that the politicians stop being politicians and act as leaders and make the changes that are needed.

And if they cant, well we better hope they follow suit with the likes of Berlusconi and Papandreaooo.
