So by your assessment of how economics work those who don't keep fit and healthy by their lifestyle choices should also pay extra if they need to use medical facilities compared to those who do look after themselves . All the people I know who ride bicycles ALSO have cars that they pay registration and insurance on . They may also argue that they should get cheaper registration and car insurance as they are using the roads less ( reducing road maintenance ) and not using as much of the worlds resources ( fuel ) .
