Lol good luck to you. AVZ only own 60% of their project. Taking that into consideration AVZ had a market cap over a billion dollars right now and don't have a JORC, PFS or DFS. There will be further dilution to an already large float of shares. They will need to raise more money and so much ground work to do. It is a great project but they're years off producing.
