How often do the places in Australia (like almost everywhere) talk about the violent storms, the raging floods, the deadly bushfires, the killing droughts etc etc etc that hit or plague them almost constantly?
Take Townsville. Our last damage from a tempest was 1971.
when was the last hail storm, mini tornado etc has Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne suffered since then?
Yet i guarantee you my insurance on House $ contents is 50 -60% more than say even Brisbane where they get hit EVERY YEAR
