Interlink to Victoria got killed. Frequency fell, whole state tripped to prevent it from hurting other states on the NEM. Wind stopping was a separate issue due to it being too windy. SA doesn't have any coal baseload so it couldn't leverage this to reignite minimal supply levels. Gas peakers game online after and it's still not fully back to normal. They need around 1600 MW to start back up.
