"PREFEASIBILITY STUDY
Coalspur is currently completing a pre-feasibility on the Vista coal project with the aim of completing this study by December 2010."
The published development schedule shows the DFS kicking off first quarter 2011 so there's a very good chance the Pre-FS will be released before Christmas. Project board approval is slated for third quarter 2011.
And this unsophisticated investor won't be selling at $2.
