Greenway... Where did you see that remaining capex is $81mil? That's a heck of a lot for stage 1 only and I don't think that is right. I couldn't find any reference to that in the Cygnet valuation doc. There's no way they need another $81mil to get this thing going, surely.
And I'm still not 100% clear on who is paying for the infrastructure at Lucky Bay... can someone answer that?
