Redstone (RDS) today announced a JV with Galan (GLN) to acquire 3 tenement packages in James Bay near PMT/and the Rio Tinto group of packages and 2 in Ontario near Frontier's Pak project (even calling those Pak South and Southeast). RDS will manage the JV. The ann said the acquisition was from Infinity Stones Ventures and two private individuals. One of those was Harrison Cookenboo, who interestingly holds the greenstone between Winsome's Adina and MTC's recent acquisition (specifically the Sauvolles Central Tenement). So given Harrison is making deals, it's interesting to me that that prospective greenstone is still available, and the surrounding tenements are taken by ASX coy.
I saw an article over the weekend referring to another IPO with tenements in James Bay by Infinity Resources, but can't seem to find the documents yet. Will keep an eye out.
