This thread was meant to be a bit of fun and I'm pleased to say it is just that, I've had such a laugh reading some of these posts - thank you all!!!!

I really don't mind and is why I opened it up to the brains trust. This was really just meant to be a way of keeping track. I don't think we have disqualified any one as yet, but we just wanted to see which of the current sub $100 mill MC got there first off the back of Quebec projects - and you'll note we did make mention that WR1 was a strong contender and only disqualified as it already was over $200 mill. I so guess we could argue Winsome has already won, but that wouldn't be any fun.
