Could I however suggest that one should be very careful making conclusions on this data. The Clinical response has been shown to be a very poor indication of long-term survival. Also remember that this is a open label trial and the patients gravely ill. Most Dr's would be looking for a response. This effect is one of the primary reasons that regulators don't like open label trials.
