the chinese increase in shares didnot come from on market purchases L1s increase did and the chinese have already agreed to lower their percentage back to 52% within a reasonable time frame and they are not allowed to sell their new shares lower than .43cents
also morningstars rating will increase massively as soon as the silver hedges finish, base metal prices naturally increase and posti comes online this is a longer term play
dont get me wrong i wont be taking up my entitlement of shares and i am a little pissed at pems timing for the offer but i also dont think things are all that bad in the pem camp as well i clearly see a light shining at the end of the tunnel.
