I hadn't seen this - so I'm glad you posted it. I don't tick posts so I don't acknowledge your value like that. Your comments are better overall than if you didn't make them in my opinion. I agreed with Sector though that in the most recent quarterlies that ad spend wasn't a quarter million though I'd checked, as you did, that in the most recent full year report of spend it was 944 thousand (so not far off a quarter million). Between you and sector, both, the fuller truth did get mentioned.
Ross doesn't say he sold a parcel of his own shares at under 60 cents of course - just that shareholders might be disappointed after the takeover wasn't accepted.
So much spin. ;-)
