Gvhd trials will be a success and the pressure on little available stock would have pushed it to $1.30 plus...a CR at this level would have had 50% less dilution and had much less negative impact on final exit value.
And if it is good enough for fuji..then it is good enough for 100's of HNW investors worth wide to push it to more than half the value of CDI...easily....( butbu have to promote..no one has been!!!!!).
And...if the trials arent an immediate success ( i suspect they will be) you change something in the formula..its science..look at the first non ipsc allogeneic human trials.inconclusive ( donor quality issues)but not a major set back and in an area wer inflammation was key...one of the major benefits of mscs in gvhd is inflammation..or lack of!!!
So..all in all CR was about as dumb and naive as u get but...its done..so we move on!!!
The rerating may take a little longer but rerated it will be..becoz Cymerus is currently a one and only..
