I was wondering about this. GVHD occurs after transplant, I think mainly after bone marrow, but you wouldn't have your required cohort all rocking up at the same time, you'd have to start the trial, treat one, then the next and so on. It'd be extremely difficult to get them all close together. So they'd have an idea of safety after a few peeps went through the 28 days, but the whole thing might take longer, plus write-up time of a month.
