Let's hope so.
My hunch is that it should be a legitimate buyer, as the bid is close to the action and current SP.
However, I have seen plenty of SP manipulation in this stock and others recently. Unfortunately SP manipulation (i.e. moving and pulling of props and large sell orders, bots, etc) seems to be par for the course.
