I have mixed feelings about ADRs or NASDAQ listings. As seen with other companies, you believe the bot and share price manipulation is bad now on the ASX? wait till there is a USA presence, it only gets worse.
Prove up the tech, attract some sophisticated deals with cash backing, recruit well and it won't matter which exchange you are listed on.
