CYP's technology is indeed complimentary to MSB. Both businesses seek to produce and utilise Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) therapeutically. CYP seeks to achieve production of MSCs via iPS cells.
MSB is on the cusp of commercialisation...CYP will be at least 5-7 years away if not more. It would be beneficial for future potential patients receiving this treatment to see CYP either license its production approach to MSB or see the two companies merge. Entirely possible that MSB would seek a merger once the excitement over CYP subsides. Good luck to both companies.

FYI. I don't hold in either company yet. As a health professional, I'm interested in timely outcomes for patients. It seems that both companies have what the other is lacking.
